The Administrator of the “Win a FREE Engagement Session with LD Creative Co. Contest is Laura Davis of LD Creative Co. By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Administrator is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to Administrator with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest. Entrants may enter the Contest during the Promotion Period online by visiting the entry form, which can be found on the following website at www.ldcreativeco.com/winafreeengagementsession

This Contest is promoted through social media and will direct Contestants to Administrator’s website as displayed previously.

Entrants may enter the Contest once; Entrants may not enter the Contest during multiple Promotion Periods. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrants. Any attempt by Entrants to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/contest subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant’s Entry and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Administrator will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.

By entering this Contest, Entrant conclusively is deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Contest rules, Terms & Conditions, as well as by any rules specific to such Contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.

The Prize for the Contest is an “Engagement Session” which is a sixty (60) minute to ninety (90) minute photographic session with the Administrator in which the Administrator will capture images of the Winner with their partner, as listed in their Contest submission. The actual length of the Engagement Session will be determined at the sole discretion of the Administrator.

Engagement Session coverage includes editing of the images captured for light and color only, as applicable to the Administrator’s photographic style. Digital images from the Engagement Session will be made available to the Contest Winner through an online gallery. The Engagement Session Winner will have free access to the digital images. This gallery will be available for one (1) year following the Engagement Session. The back up of the digital images will be the sole responsibility of the Entrant.

Throughout the Contest, additional opportunities may be presented as: (a.) Entrants will be offered the chance to request an engagement session at half price. These engagement sessions will be granted at the sole discretion of the Administrator; or (b.) non-Winners of the Contest will be extended the offer of a free engagement session on the condition that the Contestant purchases wedding coverage with the administrator.

The Winner will be selected at the sole discretion of the Administrator. The Administrator may select an Entrant as the Winner of one (1) Engagement Session (“Engagement Session”) per Promotion Period. The Administrator reserves the right to not select a Winner in a Promotion Period.

The Engagement Session is not transferrable to another person or Contestant.
Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings.
Winners verify and agree to refrain from hiring another photographer for their event date until after the Engagement Session. Should Winner hire another photographer for their event, the Winner is required to notify Administrator and will forfeit their right to the Engagement Session.
Winner verifies and agrees that their answers listed in their Contest Entry are true. Violation of this will result in forfeiture of Engagement Session.
Administrator reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any Contest or Entrant at any time without prior notice.
To protect the privacy of any Winners, Administrator reserves the right not to disclose the name(s) of any Winner(s) to any Entrant for any reason.
Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by Winner.
An Entrant will be disqualified from the Contest should answers to the Entry change without notifying the Administrator (example of changes includes, but is not limited to budget changes, hiring of another wedding photographer, date change, etc.) or if answers provided in the Entry are untrue.
Administrator makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize Winner. Failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Open to legal residents of the United States of America who are least 18 years of age, (the “Entrants”). Entrants must send entries as required in the Contest announcement in order to be eligible. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the Contest announcement are ineligible, null, and void. Administrator will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Administrator is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by Administrator for any reason.

Winner will be notified via email at the email address provided in the Contest entry. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Administrator within two (2) days of notification. Administrator is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

Any Winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Administrator.
